RTS Launches 2-Rack Unit Cronus 32-port Digital Matrix Intercom at NAB 2004

Las Vegas, NV RTS will be launching the Cronus 32-port digital matrix intercom at this year’s NAB, Booth #C-9106.
RTS Cronus is a 32-port digital matrix intercom in 2RU. Based upon an advanced DSP architecture, Cronus has the ability to link up to a maximum of four units to form a single 128 port matrix system. Through the use of standard video coaxial cable, the individual Cronus units can be located hundreds of meters apart, and still appear as a single matrix. When connected as a single matrix, the individual Cronus control remains autonomous and independent at each matrix for the highest reliability. more

RTS Windows-based Virtual User Station for VoIP Intercom Launched at NAB 2004

Las Vegas, NV RTS will be introducing the VKP Virtual Keypanel at this year’s NAB, Booth #C-9106.
Running on any Windows-based PC (laptop or desktop), the Virtual Keypanel allows any user to have a fully functioning RTS Matrix User Station without any additional hardware required by the user.
The keypanel program connects via the PC’s Ethernet jack to any path that can support standard IP protocols, including LAN, WAN, VPN, or even an access point to the Internet.

RTS VoIP Interface for KP-32 Keypanels Introduced at 2004 NAB Show

Greek TV Opts for RTS & Telex

Over the next three years, the intercom and communications system of Greece’s national broadcasting corporation, ERT, which runs three channels, is being upgraded with the installation of state-of-the-art equipment from RTS & Telex.
