WIDEBAND SOLUTIONS OPENS NEW OFFICE SPACE DUE TO RAPID GROWTH
PLAINVILLE, CT – FEBUARY 12, 2007 – WideBand Solutions, a leading provider of high-end audio conferencing technology, recently acquired office space in Plainville, Connecticut to accommodate its expanding operations. The new office includes added space for the company‘s growing workforce, a customer showroom and a shipping facility, allowing WideBand to offer sales, support and presentation services from one location.
The newly created showroom will enable WideBand to provide customers with live demonstrations of its product lines, including the best-selling WebCall™ WC301 and recently launched SimphoniX™ line. While visiting the showroom, consumers can utilize WideBand‘s products working in web-conferencing, video-conferencing and audio-conferencing applications. In addition, WideBand has installed competitor products, which will permit consumers to make side-by-side comparisons.
At the new site, the company will focus on increasing research and development, as well as implementing a comprehensive training program for its customers. WideBand‘s Plainville shipping facility, along with the company‘s existing shipping location in Redding, will enhance product delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
“With the success of our products, we simply outgrew our other location,” said Lonny Bowers, president of WideBand Solutions. “To continue our growth, we wanted a facility that would meet the demands of our research/design and sales teams, while offering customers an opportunity to see the results of our technology before purchasing.”
