ADVANCED BROADCAST SOLUTIONS ACQUIRES ASSETS OF DIGITAL SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY

SEATTLE, WA, February 27, 2007 – Systems integration firm Advanced Broadcast Solutions (ABS) has acquired Digital System Technology (DST), a premier systems integration firm formerly based in Atlanta, Georgia. Mark Siegel, President of Advanced Broadcast Solutions, was a Partner with DST and worked with the company for over 10 years.

Advanced Broadcast Solutions now owns all the intellectual property of DST, including the company‘s name, brand recognition, web site and design templates.

“DST was a hugely successful systems integrator, one of the top five in the country,” explained Siegel. “After working so closely with the company CEO, John Duggin Sr., for over 10 years, I felt compelled to keep DST‘s positive momentum moving forward. We all invested a lot of energy into making that company one of the best in the industry. They had a reputation for top-quality work, which we are pleased to continue. We plan to leverage DST‘s history of success to drive a long and prosperous future for Advanced Broadcast Solutions.”

Advanced Broadcast Solutions currently has 55 associates and full-time contractors in locations all over the country. The company‘s corporate headquarters are in Seattle, Washington. ABS boasts a technical staff with over a century of practical experience in television operations, automation, traffic implementation, multiple program stream management and signal distribution by fiber, microwave and satellite.

“The future holds considerable growth for a company that is nimble enough to adapt to constant change and has enough experience to do so skillfully time after time,” furthered Siegel. “We intend to broaden our scope into the digital realm that DST encompassed by providing technical solutions to houses of worship, streaming media facilities, government entities, training operations and sound systems – while maintaining a strong base in the television broadcast market.”

A few current ABS clients include: Fischer Communications, Real Networks, Cisco Systems, the Baseball Club of Seattle, Lockheed Martin and Microsoft Studios.
