AMX Names New Chairman of the Board

RICHARDSON, Texas – March 1, 2007 – AMX®, a worldwide leader in control system technology, today announced that Robert Fealy has been named non-executive chairman of its board of directors. Fealy replaces Craig Duchossois, who remains a member of the AMX Board.
