Harman Pro Group Increases Gift to the NSCA Education Foundation

Cedar Rapids, IA – April 9, 2007 – Harman Pro Group is increasing its commitment to industry education initiatives with a $50,000 donation to the NSCA Education Foundation.

“One of the fundamental tenets of Harman International Industry’s core values is human development, so it is with great pleasure that we make this sustained donation to the NSCA Education Foundation with the goal of supporting tomorrow’s system integrators today,” said Michael MacDonald, executive vice president of marketing for the Harman Pro Group.

“As a leader and influence in our industry, we are excited to have Harman Pro Group increase its participation in the initiatives of the NSCA Education Foundation,” said Tony Price, NSCA Education Foundation president. “It is vital to our mission to have companies such as Harman supporting our goals.”

During the 2006-2007 fiscal year, the NSCA Education Foundation is focusing on funding CSI™ MasterFormat™ 04 implementation tools and training, funding education to assist the industry transition to convergence, student outreach and increasing industry awareness of educational programs and funding.
