Company Background

Triveni Digital, Inc., a subsidiary of LG Electronics, develops systems that provide for the management and distribution of data and metadata in digital television streams and other broadcast and multicast media. Distribution of this data is mode-agnostic, thereby providing for transmission over digital television, satellite, cable television, IPTV, and other IP-based infrastructure. Triveni Digital‘s Ensignia Digital Signage systems provide key advantages in reliability and scalability, reducing the deployment cost per site for large deployments. In addition, introducing the Media Access Point (MAP) into the network turns the player per screen paradigm on its head, minimizing the cost for sites with many screens.

Working with leading industry partners, Triveni Digital employs an open and standards-compliant approach. Triveni Digital is headquartered in Princeton Junction, N.J., with sales offices throughout the United States and Canada.

Ensignia™ Digital Signage

Digital signage applications allow advertising and other dynamic content to be updated quickly and efficiently. Triveni Digital‘s new Ensignia addresses the retail market with an integrated turnkey suite of products that offer an array of display possibilities to help retailers attract the maximum number of eyeballs. Optimized bandwidth utilization allows users to schedule content distribution based on service-level agreements (SLAs). With Triveni Digital, the sky‘s the limit for content creation — from simple text and still images to full-motion video, with or without audio. For a seamless installation, LG Electronics display screens with integrated controllers offer flexibility, simplify installation and maintenance, and reduce overall footprint.

Ensignia MAP (Media Access Point)

Triveni Digital will be debuting an exciting new solution within the company‘s popular Ensignia Digital Signage product line at this year‘s expo. The Ensignia MAP (Media Access Point) makes Triveni Digital‘s Ensignia an affordable and versatile choice for use in almost any application, including houses of worship, shopping centers, and banks. The MAP receiver /player eliminates the “single-player-per-screen” paradigm and reduces the cost of large-scale digital signage deployments — virtually anywhere digital content can be targeted to increase revenue. Using Ensignia Digital Signage and IP-enabled LG Electronics (LGE) screens, multiple channels of content can be stored and pushed cost-effectively from a centralized location to multiple displays in multiple stores or other locations. The MAP system sits between the transport network and the many screens within a large digital signage deployment to ensure that the right media is delivered to the right display at the right time.
