LIGHTHOUSE SEALS $5 MILLION DEAL WITH STAGING CONNECTIONS AT PALME MIDDLE EAST
Dubai, 24th May 2007 – Leading LED screen manufacturer Lighthouse Technologies today confirmed that Staging Connections, the event and exhibition services group with its Middle East subsidiary Gearhouse Staging Connections in Dubai, has purchased a total of 200m2 of its R16i/o-II 16mm indoor/outdoor LED screen for the region.
The deal, worth US$5 million, was completed at PALME Middle East, which runs from 20th to 22nd May 2007 in Dubai. In the show, Lighthouse Technologies is showcasing its flagship R6-III 6mm and R10 10mm LED panels.
The Staging Connections Group, headquartered in Australia, operates from over 90 locations around the world. The group delivers production, design, staging and venue solutions across a wide spectrum of live events and exhibitions as well as providing venue services.
The purchase decision was made for a variety of reasons, as Gearhouse‘s Managing Director, Peter McCann, explains: “Gearhouse and the Staging Connections Group have been instrumental in bringing the latest and best technology to the Middle East, introducing high-definition solutions to the region, meeting the market‘s need for a top-quality AV production solutions, and setting the industry standard.”
Gearhouse is involved in a wide variety of outdoor events in the Middle East such as motor racing, concerts, large-scale events and festivals, as well as indoor events including conferences and exhibitions, and is committed to providing a quality result at each and every one.
