Furman to Hold Manufacturers’ Training Session at InfoComm 2007

PETALUMA, Calif. — June 7, 2007 — Furman Sound, a world-leading provider of AC power management solutions, today announced that Tom Holmes, Furman product specialist, will be presenting a manufacturers’ training session on June 20 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at InfoComm 2007. Located in the Anaheim Hilton, room Avila A, the “Dispelling the Myths of AC Power Management” session will offer attendees a new perspective on AC power management.

“In this session, dealers and manufacturers will gain knowledge of the latest advances in technology and how they benefit contractors, installers, and end users,” said Holmes. “Attendees will leave with the ability to confidently recommend or install the right power management product for any application.”

Using case studies and multiple active product demonstrations, the training session will include a technology overview, application solutions, product information, and a Q&A segment.

Holmes is a graduate of the Music/Recording Industry program at San Francisco State University, is a working studio producer/engineer, and has a solid background in the live sound and A/V installation industries. As a system designer, he worked and trained with many of the industry’s well-known manufacturers. With Furman Sound, Holmes trains dealers, contractors, and installers; works directly with end users to help address their power management needs; and is involved with product development. He is an active member of the AES San Francisco Chapter.
