Lowell introduces 30A single and multi-circuit surge suppressors
Pacific Missouri - Lowell introduces 30A surge suppression technology at Infocomm booth 8629. Ready to install ACSP30 Series is offered in single and multi-circuit assemblies for rack, wall or loadcenter applications. Both styles have a 10-year warranty and protect 30A circuits by defeating line-to-neutral surges up to 72,000A and meeting GSA Grade A - Mode 1 - Class 1 endurance using Lowell’s Triple Clamping Redundancy™ (TCR) technology.
Single circuit Series ACSP3001 is packaged in a compact enclosure with Lowell‘s patented outlet/cover plates featuring both a NEMA L5-30R outlet and a blank cover for hardwire applications. Versatile design allows installation in a rack (without using panel space), on a wall surface, or above grade in a drop ceiling.
Multi-circuit Models ACSP30-1C, ACSP30-2C and ACSP30-3C feature one, two, or three 30A circuits enclosed in a box with terminal outputs and knockouts. These surge suppressors are designed for hardwire installation to an AC loadcenter or may be installed as a stand-alone surge suppressor in close proximity to the equipment being protected.
For 20A applications, Lowell offers similar single and multi-circuit assemblies with optional Ground Transient Filter™ (GTF™) to provide surge suppression and blocking of potentially damaging high frequency transients on the ground wire. See also Lowell‘s sequenced AC loadcenter products, vertical AC strips and a variety of 19”W rackmount AC products with features including surge suppression, sequencing, remote control, alarm interface, and over/under protection.
