Premier Mounts Launches Possibilities Planner

New Web tool provides 3-D illustrations of audio visual mounting placement possibilities

ANAHEIM, CALIF. (June 19, 2007) – Premier Mounts, a leading manufacturer of projector, plasma and flat-panel display mounts, has launched a new Web-based tool designed to showcase consumers‘ mounting choices. The tool allows consumers and professional audio-visual (AV) contractors online 3-D and articulating views of their mounting options.

Utilizing photographic images of schools, boardrooms, business centers and multiple residential living spaces, Premier Mounts Possibilities Planner provides 3-D demonstrations of floor stands, ceiling and wall mounts, illustrating product applications within the environment they will be used. An articulating feature illustrates the full range of motion of the mounts. Together, these features offer consumers enhanced views of their display options and will assist them in determining which display or projector mount best meets their needs.

“We attribute Premier Mounts‘ success to our commitment to innovation, particularly where it directly impacts the consumer‘s ability to utilize our products,” said Jim Hall, vice president of marketing at Premier Mounts. “The Possibilities Planner encapsulates potential. We now have the opportunity to showcase consumers‘ choices in the environment they‘ll be living and working in.”

For 30 years, Premier Mounts has been on the leading edge of display and AV technology, working closely with consumer electronics manufacturers to launch display mounts in conjunction with the latest AV technologies. As the consumer market continues to grow, Premier Mounts has recognized the need for technology that allows consumers to visualize what a potential projector, wall or ceiling mount might look like in a particular environment. Premier Mounts expects the tool will be particularly helpful to contractors outfitting boardrooms, offices and schools, as well as consumers interested in addressing home entertainment needs.

Throughout 2007, Premier Mounts will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in the industry. In that time, the company has grown to become one of the leading innovators in mounting technology and today continues to focus on developing creative solutions that directly impact consumer and business electronics needs.

With a global network of more than 4,000 dealers, Premier Mounts offers a catalog of more than 1,000 products, including plasma and LCD displays for residential owners, as well as projector mounts and monitors for schools and businesses.
