Measuring approximately three inches in height, the SHM 22.18 is ideal for meeting room and video conferencing applications. The mic‘s short height provides a clear view of the speaker when installed on tables or desks. It comes equipped with a 4-pin female mini XLR connector, which can be connected to the CVE 22.18 power supply, delivering power as well as protection against mechanical vibration. When the SHM 22.18 is not in use, the CVE 22.18 can be covered with a cap, offering users a clear, flat working surface. In addition to the CVE 22.18, the SHM 22.18 can also be connected directly to a beltpack transmitter from the Opus wireless series, making the mic adaptable to forum discussions, conference halls, presentations, and houses of worship.

The MPC 22/23 is designed for applications where the microphone needs to be as unobtrusive as possible, such as tele/video conferencing, and recording or amplification of round table discussions. The addition of the “Silver Edition” to the MPC 22/23 series provides installers with more esthetic options when mounting the mic into tabletops and ceilings. The mic features a velour chrome finish in a metallic matte silver color, which complements a variety of materials, such as wood finishes. The mic series‘ high sensitivity guarantees a constant output level even from long distance sources. Elastic bearing rings achieve mechanical isolation from the mounting surface and offer effective sound isolation of the microphone. The two-ply wire mesh microphone grill is strong and provides a low flow resistance for optimum sound permeability.
