RIEDEL SHOWCASES DIGITAL INTERCOM/STAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR THEATRE & EVENTS AT PLASA07
Riedel Communications, one of the leading manufacturers of digital intercom and radio solutions, showcases its cost-effective digital Intercom Matrix/Stage Management system Performer 32 at PLASA07. This digital intercom matrix supplements Riedel‘s Performer line and is particularly designed to meet the requirements of stand-alone broadcast applications, opera houses and theatres as well as sporting and cultural events.
Performer 32 is based on a modular concept and can be adapted to the individual requirements of the respective venue. The system is available in two sizes and can be modularly equipped with slot cards. Both versions can realize 32 x 32 user matrices. In addition to the client cards, the compact systems also offer up to 16 (Performer 32 +16) respectively 80 (Performer 32 +80) relay switches for the control of intermission signs, light signals and special effects.
Performer 32 intercom systems are compatible with all Riedel Artist control key panels. A special alphanumeric 8-digit LED display key has been developed, which allows clear labelling of destinations and excellent readability under all lighting conditions. The comfortable and user friendly configuration software, Director 32, allows for simple configuration and control of Performer Intercom/Stage Management systems. Director 32 offers the familiar look & feel of Windows software. The handling is not only easy to learn, but also comfortable and efficient. Configurations are simply set via “drag & drop.” Programmable logic-functions allow simple realization of complex production processes.
Performer 32 systems are the ideal integration platform for diverse audio and communications sources. Versatile interface solutions allow seamless integration of digital and analog partylines, radios, audio routers, telephones as well as other analog and digital systems. Combined with the digital partyline interface C44, the Performer line for the first time offers a completely integrated solution for the combination of matrix systems and conventional partyline applications. The configuration of the partylines is realized with the same configuration software and is therefore totally integrated into the matrix environment.
