ATON™ Storm Series of Architectural Speakers Makes Debut

Storm Series sets benchmark for speaker performance, unmatched at its price point

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Sept. 13, 2007 — ATON, a premier provider of home audio and video signal routing and distribution products for the custom installer market, today announced a revolutionary new line of architectural speakers. The ATON Storm Series of ceiling, in-wall, LCR home theater, and outdoor speakers feature custom components, networks, and materials not common to speakers in this price range. The in-wall and outdoor models also feature ATON’s unique waveguide pivoting technology.

All Storm Series speakers were voiced at ATON‘s own sound labs by a team of musicians with years of critical listening experience. Ideal for all indoor and outdoor audio applications and designed to blend in with any home environment, the Storm Series Speakers offer a full range of flexible configurations.

All in-wall and ceiling models feature 1-inch pivoting tweeters, excellent off-axis frequency response, high power handling, custom driver materials, and network components that provide the best price/performance ratio in the industry. The LCR home theater models were specifically designed for surround sound to balance clarity, accuracy, and power for the ultimate movie experience. The LCR models are available in two configurations, ceiling and in-wall.

“Each Storm Series model was tested against comparable models built by the industry‘s leading speaker manufacturers,” said Bob Williams, ATON general manager. “Our speakers possess a consistent step up in sound quality, setting a new benchmark for speaker performance.”

Pricing for ATON Storm speaker series (MSRP) ranges from $139 to $379 for the ceiling and in-wall speakers, $249 to $479 for the outdoor speakers, and $379 to $429 for the LCR speakers. The Storm Series speakers are available immediately to installers from distributors nationwide. More information is available at www.atonhome.com.
