TV Magic and JVC Team to Offer Free HD Seminar

Systems integrator TV Magic will join audio and video product manufacturer JVC to offer a free seminar on high definition (HD) camera technology, signal and recording formats, and compression schemes from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2007, at the Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego.

The free seminar will include an HD camera shoot-out to give attendees a hands-on look at solutions from the industry’s best-known manufacturers. Issues addressed will include selection of recording media and working with interlaced and progressive video. Additionally, there will be a demonstration of how to configure an HD camera, select the correct lens, and edit HD content.

At the free seminar, representatives from TV Magic and JVC will be joined by presenter Jerry Cohen, a dynamic and highly respected expert in camera technology, colorimetry, and the HD industry. The seminar will highlight JVC’s Libre HD wireless microwave transmitter and its use in the field.

The Paradise Point Resort and Spa is located at 1404 Vacation Road in San Diego. To register or for more information, visit www.jvcseminar.com, or call +1 858 650 3155.
