Electrosonic Systems Inc. (Electrosonic) was the AV designer and integrator for the new sanctuary at Northland, A Church Distributed in Longwood, Florida as it moved from a converted skating rink seating about 1,200 parishioners to a purpose-built sanctuary seating 3,000 and boasting classrooms for adults and children, a day-care center, cafe, bookstore and offices. Concept consulting design was performed by Platt Design Group in Sierra Madre, CA. A nondenominational distributed church, Northland streams its services online and coordinates with services held at other locations in Florida and across the globe.
Medialon Manager was selected by Bowen Technovation for system control at the new Medal of Honor Museum, part of the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum in the harbor of Charleston, South Carolina. More than 40 recipients of the Medal of Honor, which has become synonymous with bravery and heroism, helped cut the ribbon for the museum located on the hangar deck of the USS Yorktown. “NBC Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams was the emcee for the gala opening; his newscast originated from Patriots Point.
