(UL), an authority of the U.S. product safety system. The CTDP has enabled Peerless to maintain strict UL standards for product safety.

Celebrating 10 Years of Commitment to Safety
For over a decade Peerless has successfully completed annual audits by UL engineers ensuring that Peerless conforms to the strict requirements of the certification program. On a quarterly basis, Peerless puts their products to the test and undergoes a UL audit to ensure product safety. UL standards ensure that every Peerless mount is safe and will support four times its listed load capacity for safe and secure installation into commercial and residential environments. Being a part of the Client Test Data Program (CTDP) for UL enables Peerless to test virtually all their products, even custom mounting solutions to applicable UL standards in-house.
Peerless‘ Dedication to Developing New Standards for A/V Mount Safety
As a chair on UL‘s Household Use Working Group for Standards Technical Panel (STP) and a member within the UL2442, Peerless is helping to develop the new UL2442 safety standard for A/V mounts. The new standard will ensure that the current standards developed for commercial use will translate to the consumer market. This new standard will protect the public from poorly designed and unsafe products.
