BIAMP® ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF THREE NEW ENGINEERS

Newest additions to Biamp‘s continually growing engineering team bring diverse backgrounds and superior technical expertise.

BEAVERTON, OREGON, August 21, 2007 – With its continued commitment to investing in the company‘s research and development, Biamp® today announced the appointment of three new engineers: Sam Dahan, Senior Software Engineer; Jing Jiang, Embedded Software Engineer; and Richard Juszkiewicz, DSP Engineer. Based in the company‘s headquarters in Beaverton, Dahan, Jiang and Juszkiewicz are the newest additions to the team that looks after Biamp‘s growing and innovative line of software and hardware solutions for AV integrators.

“We are always re-evaluating our product line to determine how we can improve through innovation so we can continue providing our customers with high-powered, easy-to-use products,” said Matt Czyzewski, Vice President, Technical Operations, Biamp Systems. “Our outstanding engineering staff ensures this happens, through reliable software and hardware that integrates seamlessly. After an intensive search, it was apparent that Sam, Jing and Richard have the forward-thinking approach to engineering that we value so highly at Biamp and we look forward to great things from them.”

Sam Dahan, Senior Software Engineer
Dahan brings more than 20 years experience to Biamp. Most recently, Dahan worked as Senior Software Engineer for GE Infrastructure where he was responsible for specification and prototyping of an original manufacturing system for the company‘s security division. Dahan also oversaw the design and deployment of multi-layered communications applications. Dahan holds a post graduate degree in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence as well as a Masters of Science, Physics and Computer Science, both from the University of Marseille (France).

Jing Jiang, Embedded Software Engineer
Jiang comes to Biamp from Converged Access Inc where he worked as a Senior Software Engineer, developing network traffic management products as well as major subsystems, including device configuration system, soap communication configuration and firmware rollback and upgrade. Jiang carries more than 15 years of experience, including expertise in VoIP and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering.

Richard Juszkiewicz, DSP Engineer
Juszkiewicz joins Biamp after having successfully completed his Master of Science coursework at the University of Miami. Juszkiewicz has worked on DSP and digital design with Gales Engineering, Inc for more than a year and a half now, where he successfully designed and prototyped hardware for next generation digital radios.
