Biamp Systems Appoints Dayna Lyons Human Resources Director
BEAVERTON, OREGON, December 18, 2007 — As part of its continuing program to attract and retain the brightest engineering, manufacturing and marketing minds in audio and acoustic technology, Biamp® Systems today announced the appointment of Dayna Lyons as Human Resources Director. Lyons, a twelve-year veteran of human resources and employee relations with leading technology companies including Mentor Graphics, McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T, joins Biamp Systems with gear up for heavy recruiting, streamline HR programs and activities and improve its already-strong employee communications programs. She will report directly to Ralph Lockhart, President, Biamp Systems.

Dayna Lyons joins Biamp Systems from Mentor Graphics where she was responsible for the development of an international and domestic employees relations program including management of third-party vendor relationships for relocation, immigration and affirmative action. Prior to Mentor Graphics, Dayna Lyons spent 12 years with McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T Wireless.
