RF CENTRAL RAISES THE BAR ON CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH NEW AROUND THE CLOCK EXTREMECARE™

Carlisle, PA, January 15, 2008 – RF Central, a leading digital microwave technology provider, has set a new standard for customer service within the broadcast industry with the launch of its new ExtremeCare™ 24/7 support program.

“With many of our team members being former broadcasters, RF Central has a real understanding of the high demands and tight deadlines of our customers. We are aware that time is always of the essence,” says RF Central CEO Jeff Winemiller. “Through our new ExtremeCare support program, broadcasters can rest assured that there is always a team of specialists ready, no matter what time of day, to offer real-world solutions for any challenge being faced.”

RF Central‘s ExtremeCare™ program consists of a 24/7 on-call technical support number, 866-732-0113, that is now available whenever a customer is in need. In conjunction with its service number, RF Central has established a new customer service email address, extremecare@rfcentral.com, that delivers immediately to RF Central‘s support team. Additionally, an ExtremeCare page has been designed within the RF Central Web Site, www.rfcentral.com/extremecare.shtml, which provides a one-stop shop for broadcast resources. Among the information available are RF Extreme product operator manuals, step-by-step instructions on how to convert RF Central equipment to the new 2GHz channel plan and downloadable forms for FCC licensing.

“The broadcast world is one in which time is not a luxury” stresses Winemiller. “When a broadcaster is in need, there is never any time to waste. ExtremeCare was specifically established with that need in mind. In launching this new program, we are providing broadcasters with the support service and tools they need for receiving immediate attention, whether it is for emergency support, maintenance, system upgrade advice or the need for custom design. In addition, the assistance we are offering is available via phone and Web, presenting broadcasters with two different lines of communication for getting their needs met.”
