Founded in 1998 by Russell Gentner, Kelli Lundgren, Cory Schaeffer, and Keldon Paxman, Listen Technologies Corporation entered its tenth year with a plan designed to secure the future of the company. The Board of Directors authorized the sale of shares to each director in the company. The offer was structured to provide incentive towards forward minded leadership and management of the organization for the long term.
