A virtual press conference from Sound & Video Contractor

Electrosonic To Show The Latest Digital Signage Technologies At DSE 2008

Electrosonic Systems, the leading provider of advanced Digital Signage solutions will be showing the latest in digital signage HD players, proximity marketing systems, and RFID technologies in Las Vegas at the 2008 Digital Signage Expo. The Digital Signage Expo is the “largest international tradeshow and conference EXCLUSIVELY dedicated to the digital signage, interactive solutions and point-of-consumer media networks in retail, hospitality, financial and public spaces.” In addition, the firm will be promoting its Managed Media Services Groups‘ capabilities at the show.

Attendees will see Electrosonic‘s low-cost MS9500GL, the compact, dependable professional player that provides the highest quality HD video playback currently available in the market. The MS9500GL allows the users to send dynamic HD video, graphical and RSS content to hundreds of digital signage displays no matter where they‘re located. A modified successor of Electrosonic‘s popular MS9500, this new frame-accurate, flexible High Definition MPEG player offers the additional capabilities of genlock, timecode and GPIO for truly synchronized multi-channel replay. Capable of supporting numerous output resolutions, the 9500 is ethernet ready and features a simple intuitive LCD front panel. Find out more at the expo!

Visitors to the Electrosonic booth will also be introduced to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. Radio Frequency Identification technology is being used in retail stores to identify customers or products. RFID cards can link customers to incentive programs and drive players to play back specific content based upon a customer‘s profile. When products are RFID tagged and picked up, Electrosonic‘s digital signage players can serve specific content related to that product to help drive the sale at the “moment of truth.”

Representatives will also be on hand to discuss Electrosonic‘s Managed Media Services Group, which provides turnkey HD digital signage solutions including rollout installations, system commissioning, media management, media quality control, content distribution, network monitoring, and playback reporting. Managed Media Services has extensive experience designing and deploying enterprise digital signage solutions that were customized to satisfy unique operator requirements. Meet us at booth 335 to learn more.
Deemed the “largest annual international trade show and conference solely dedicated to the fast-growing digital signage field,” this not-to-be-missed event provides the “broadest and most comprehensive digital signage technology showcase and education program in the world.” See you at the show!

Electrosonic has a 40-year history of providing advanced media solutions for applications in Public Spaces and Working Environments at hundreds of sites worldwide.
