“I am happy to join forces with Infocomm and the NSCA Education Foundation to support the Industry Charity Golf Tournament, hosted by Atlas Sound and IED,? said Loyd Ivey, CEO of Atlas Sound/IED. “We can tee up a striking event for two great causes, industry education and juvenile diabetes. Both of these causes are very dear to my heart. I look forward to everyone coming out and playing their best round of golf ever, for these two important needs.?

“The NSCA Foundation is extremely excited to have Atlas Sound/IED as the host sponsor for this year’s event,? said Tom Frericks, president of NSCA Education Foundation. “Loyd Ivey and his staff have supported this industry in just about every way imaginable and this is just one more effort on their part to support the industry that supports them.?

The event will be held in conjunction with NSCA at InfoComm 08. Industry golfers can network, enjoy a round of golf, eat breakfast and lunch, win a number of prizes (including a new car!), or compete for the coveted tournament trophies distributed each year.

All proceeds benefit the industry education initiatives of the NSCA Education Foundation, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the International Communications Industry Foundation. Other tournament sponsors include: AMX, Harman Pro Group, Herman Electronics and QSC Audio Products, Inc.
