CERRITOS, Calif., April 3, 2008 — Elite Screens, Inc. an innovative company that specializes in affordable high-quality projector screens, today announced its VMAX Plus3 electric projection screen designed to accommodate large presentation halls, auditoriums, churches and community theaters. The screen is available in either a 4:3 (NTSC) or 16:9 (HDTV) aspect ratio with a wide range of sizes, from 200� through 400� diagonal. It’s made of Elite’s proprietary MaxWhite 1.1 gain synthetic weave material that provides a wide diffusion cone for easy visibility in large room presentations. The screen material is durable, fire resistant and easy to clean.

The VMAX Plus3 offers direct wired or wireless options for total control. Wireless features include internal Infrared (IR) and Radio Frequency (RF) receivers that streamline its appearance by eliminating the presence of external control units and their connecting wires. The IR remote has a 30� (9m) range for direct line-of-sight (LOS) control and an RF remote with a 100� (61m) extended range that eliminates the need for direct LOS contact.

The screens’ RJ45 Ethernet port provides a versatile connection for additional control devices such as a 5-12 volt trigger to run its drop/rise with the projector’s power cycle, and an extended IR receiver allows LOS contact for in-ceiling installations or wire-connected control box for direct hard-line control. An RF wireless version of the wall control box is also included.

Each unit comes fully assembled with a low voltage 100-240V power connection for immediate “plug and play� use. The VMAX Plus3 has a convenient side access panel that allows the main board and motor to be easily removed for maintenance or repair if needed. This alternative saves precious time and resources by eliminating the need to bring down the entire system for servicing.

Pricing, Availability, Warranty
Elite Screens’ VMAX Plus3 pricing starts at $1778 and is currently available through Elite’s retail and professional A/V channels. It comes with Elite’s two-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, which is twice the industry standard.
