Astatic Commercial Audio is pleased to present the 930VPL microphone featuring a variable polar pattern and Logic capabilities. This boundary microphone enables the installer to change the shape of the polar pattern in real time while the microphone is active. Astatic’s Logic Compatible TM electronics’ allow for selectable remote LED control with closure output. The 930VPL is designed with Astatic’s RF Resistant Architecture TM and it meets the standards for the European Union’s ROHS directive.

Astatic’s commitment to the AV consultant and integrator is continued with the release of the 930VPL microphone. Astatic responded by adding features such as the rear/bottom exit cable option, soft membrane switch disable and security cover for the microphone’s controls. The 930VPL will accept a signal from the DSP triggering the LED to illuminate as programmed. These features can be disabled if necessary and the switch becomes a selectable local mute or talk switch.
