Bob Gordon, CEO and president of A.C.T Lighting, Inc., a leading importer and distributor of lighting products in North America, has announced a companywide reorganization designed to facilitate more effective management. The reorganization comes on the heels of a period of substantial growth for the company, which added an East Coast office in Hackensack, New Jersey last year.

“Now that we’re operating multiple locations with a much larger staff, we have decided to reorganize our company hierarchy to provide us with an active management layer,� explains Gordon. “This move is expected to improve communications within the company as well as allow us to expedite important decisions and work more effectively.� more
