July 9, 2008: NOVI, Mich. – Television converter boxes sold by Detroit-based electronics retailer Solid Signal have been identified as the best in picture quality by a leading consumer organization.

Converter boxes are an essential piece of equipment for television’s digital conversion in February 2009.
