Vaddio Sweeps the Floor at InfoComm 2008
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (July 11, 2008) – Vaddio, the leading manufacturer and OEM distributor of specialty PTZ cameras and high-end camera control systems used in the broadcasting, audio/visual and videoconferencing industries, exceeded its goals at InfoComm 2008 in Las Vegas, Nev., June 18 – 20, 2008. Nearly 35,000 industry professionals attended the event, making it the largest InfoComm in history.
Attracted to Vaddio’s new HD solutions, dealers and integrators voiced their enthusiasm for the recently debuted Quick-Connect CCU and the first appearance of ProductionVIEW HD — both revolutionary new additions to the camera control industry. The Vaddio booth also drew in the crowds with the ever-popular Quick-Connect PRO, CeilingVIEW HD document cameras, the new IN-WALL enclosures, and the completely automated tracking system, TrackVIEW.
“InfoComm 2008 will be remembered as the show where HD video cameras went mainstream,â€? stated president and CEO, Rob Sheeley. “We at Vaddio are amazed at the amount of projects that are being strictly designed as HD, whereas a year ago that would not have been the case. As display and conferencing technologies continue to push for higher quality HD video we are being pushed as well. All you had to do was look around our booth — customers spent most of their time in front of our new HD camera’s and HD camera controllers.”
