TULSA, July 9, 2008 – Five leading AV rental and staging companies have formed a new alliance of geographically-diverse rental and staging companies each well respected by peers with complete show capabilities and a minimum revenue level in the business. Each independently-owned and operated company is a stockholder in Rental and Staging Network, Inc.
In the formulating stage for the past six months, Rental and Staging Network, Inc. is the brainchild of Matt Emerson, Vice President of CEAVCO Audio-Visual in Denver, Colorado. In addition to Mr. Emerson, the four other founding members include Bob Leon, Colortone Staging & Rentals; Jeff Studley, CPR Multi Media Solutions; Don Guzauckas, HB Group Inc.; Kevin Jarrell, Production Service Group. “This network will provide the conduit for rental and staging companies to come together to improve their business operations and profitability. I believe that greater opportunities and return come from leveraging relationship and ideas�, says Mr. Emerson. Apparently others agree with additional applications being submitted to the Board for consideration as a stakeholder in the new company.
