UPDATED TOOL DESIGNED TO HELP NSCA MEMBERS REACH NEW MARKETS
A/E Toolkit to focus on helping contractors expand their outreach
CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, July 10, 2008 — NSCA added new content surrounding emerging digital signage technology trends to its building information resource Web portal, the A/E Toolkit™. With more than 300 articles on best practices, this online resource helps NSCA members increase sales.
“The AE Toolkit should be an essential resource for any NSCA member interested in improving their relationships with architects, engineers and contractors in the industry, said Chuck Wilson, NSCA Executive Director.
Two of the recently released articles focus on digital signage implementation and were added to the “Needs Analysis/Design Guidelines section of each member area of the Web portal. A third article — added to the “Marketing & Business Development section — outlines components of a successful digital signage team.
The updated Calendar, a feature of the AE Toolkit site, contains three new digital signage industry events. It also provides a new link to the industry’s professional trade association as well as six new industry links to building industry publications.
“The new content focuses on how architects and their consultants in the low-voltage field can help designers better incorporate digital signage into their facility design, said Craig Park, president and chief marketing officer for LEO A DALY. “Knowing more about this important emerging technology helps them create designs that better meet the needs of our clients.
Unique to NSCA, the A/E Toolkit provides essential resources for systems integrators and contractors, independent design consultants, equipment manufacturers and independent representatives. Anyone who registers has access to free content. NSCA members have additional access to premium content.
