As a Strategic Development Executive, Kussard joins the leadership team and will focus on enhancing the business development framework for all aspects of Capitol Sales.

Most recently, Kussard worked with Russound as Vice President of Strategic Development. Prior to his role at Russound, Kussard held positions at Harman International and JBL. Also experienced as a system contractor, Kussard has worked in every aspect of the business including sales, design, installation, project management, operations and business management.

Kussard has also been recognized by CEDIA as a leader in the development of the CEDIA Certification Program and played a leading role in creating CEDIA University.
