New Professionals Plus Realty Office Features StrandVision Digital Signage
TIFTON, Ga. – Aug. 19, 2008 – The new Professionals Plus Realty Inc. office features a digital sign with a 48 flat screen display to welcome and inform visitors to the office. The digital signage system from StrandVision LLC of Eau Claire, Wis. highlights the realtor’s residential and commercial listings and replaces the listings on cluttered cork “picture boards that are typical in many real estate offices.
Alice Johnson, Professionals Plus Realty advertising manager, explained, “We wanted a new way to present our listings that is innovative and effective, and that reflects our agents’ professionalism. The digital sign advertises all of our listings in a professional way that looks good and catches the eye.
The digital signage display shows constantly updated time, news and weather in a frame on the screen; a larger frame features information about Professionals Plus Realty and its agents, and showcases frequently updated pictures and listing information on available properties. The display also carries advertising from local businesses – Structures by Chris Brooks and Shutter Plus Inc.
Johnson designs the digital sign pages on her office computer using a standard graphics application and then saves the pages over the Web onto the StrandVision system. The updated content is instantly delivered over the Internet directly to the lobby digital signage system. Johnson said, “The easiest thing about it is that it’s all Web-based. I just create the graphics and save them to StrandVision and it shows up on the screen in the lobby.
The StrandVision digital signage site offers a number of options to control the display, from screen layout and design, to scheduling. Advanced options include mixing video within the digital signage page mix and database tools to constantly update page content.
