TRIBUTARIES® Appoints National Sales Manager
Orlando, Florida—September 2008—Tributaries® Cables is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Dowd as National Sales Manager.
The 27-year industry veteran brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position. “Keith has the ability to articulate the ideas and concepts of what it takes to be successful in the specialty home electronics business,� said Joe Perfito, President of Tributaries. “He especially enjoys working with salespeople and system designers to help them better understand the products–and how to be more successful selling them.�

After receiving a business degree at Emporia State University in Kansas, Keith went to work for long time high-end retailer Beatty Electronics. When Beatty’s closed he started a custom installation business that eventually grew to become Audioport, a successful high-end audio store and custom installation business. Keith sold Audioport in the late 90s and went to work for Madrigal Audio Labs, manufacturers of Mark Levinson, Proceed and Revel products, among others. He worked his way up and eventually became Director of North American Sales for Madrigal. Prior to joining Tributaries, Keith was the Eastern Regional Manager for AudioQuest.
