.ADVANCEDMETHOD RE-BUNDLES I.T. SERVICES
SEATTLE, WA – Due to popular demand, digital signage company .advancedMethod has re-bundled their I.T. services and is now offering their digital signage system, express, with two new monitoring options: express Safety Net Basic and express Safety Net Plus!
At the Basic level, express provides drawing, show and screen management software, web-hosting of your content, software upgrades, templates, art and Flash animation, news feeds, servers, phone support/training and unlimited user access all for $290 a year. If you have an IT person on staff or feel hosting is your only requirement, you may be best suited for express Safety Net Basic. Devin Imamura, Director of Product Development at .advancedMethod explains, “With express Safety Net Basic, customers can take advantage of the free software upgrades, content and easy deployment at a much lower price. express Basic transfers the power of great design and direct messaging in the hands of both designers and non-designers.”
When using express Safety Net Plus, the user gets everything in our basic plan, but also 24/7 system monitoring, phone/email support, a private training for up to 20 and FedEx no-questions-asked hot-swapping of any player if a unit should go down (none have yet), all for $690 per year. This option is particularly well suited for the small to medium sized business who may want additional IT support. “express Safety Net Plus provides our customers with their own digital signage IT staff. Now customers can feel at ease after their digital signs are deployed that there is someone with the technical expertise to help them with any problem,â€? explains Imamura.
Regardless of which level of monitoring is selected, express customers will still receive the professional-level software and content updates they have become accustomed to.
.advancedMethod’s express prides itself on being a new kind of digital signage system: one that is easy to use, easy to update and easy to buy – express includes the basic player and software necessary to create your own content right out of the box, plus industry-related templates, even “liveâ€? news feeds. express is designed to dramatically simplify the deployment of digital signage, whether that means to a single sign or a gigantic network. With the re-bundling of their IT services, .advancedMethod continues to offer customers the options they are looking for in a digital signage system – all at a competitive price point.
