The SM890i is one of three new speakers being introduced in the company’s new SM8 Series. Delivering high SPL and high efficiency with superior coverage, the SM890i incorporates an 8� treated fiber woofer and a high-power horn-loaded compression driver with SoundTube’s BroadBeamHP® technology to deliver a consistent dispersion pattern and superb intelligibility.

The SM890i uses a 120 Watt low insertion loss transformer with 6 position tap switch. Mounting is easily accomplished using SoundTube’s proprietary Vise-Lock system; this tool-free, hollow-ball joint assembly rotates 45 degrees in all directions and is driven by a Direct-Drive linear hyper-tension system allowing for precision aiming and lasting performance.
