CERRITOS, Calif., June 9, 2009 — Elite Screens, Inc. an innovative company that specializes in affordable high quality projection screens, today announced its new Micro-Flip series of tabletop projection screens designed for road warriors and presenters-on-the-go. Feature Elite’s award winning Starbright7 high gain material and starting at $69, the Micro-Flip is available for immediate shipment in sizes ranging from 15-inches to 20-inches measured diagonally in a 4:3 aspect ratio.
With prices significantly lower than similar products in the marketplace, Elite’s new Micro-Flip screen has a form factor similar to a slim notebook computer and weighs about one pound. These new screens are super-portable, perfect when combined with LED pocket projectors.
“Mobile presenters are often faced with unknown set-up spaces, and they don’t know if the conference room has huge windows, where they’ll set up their projector, or if their customer has a screen,? said Dave Rodgers, marketing manager of Elite Screens. “Our new Micro-Flip high gain screen resolves those issues and brings peace of mind to any user.?
Elite’s Micro-Flip folds into a convenient package ideal for transporting in a briefcase and its magnetic clasps makes set up a breeze; adjustable tilt settings accommodate projector placement. The Micro-Flip uses Elite’s Starbright7 high-gain projection material, which enhances image and color performance for today’s low lumen LED pocket projectors, even in rooms with high ambient light.

“New pocket projectors are very affordable and are expected to gain prominence in consumer electronics channels,? added Rodgers. “The Micro-Flip provides an excellent projection surface for these projectors at a sensible price.?
Each screen comes with a two-year limited parts and labor warranty through Elite Screens with a three-year warranty program for government, educational and house of worship applications.
