Hitachi Software Engineering America, Ltd. today introduced the new StarBoard Community Forum in an effort to better serve its users in the educational community. The forum will serve as a resource to the global community of StarBoard users to primarily expand their knowledge and provide assistance related to the use of Hitachi Interactive Whiteboards.
The StarBoard Community Forum is a free resource center that provides numerous tools for advancing implementation of Hitachi technology. The forum encompasses three specific areas of interest. The first section covers general topics, including news from the StarBoard team, teaching tips, web resources, and a technical question area. The second section is dedicated to software discussion for both windows and Mac users. Topics include trouble shooting different software functions to tips and tricks to make lessons more efficient. The third section is dedicated to hardware discussion of both Hitachi interactive whiteboards and tablets.

We have always prided ourselves on providing the best possible service, support and resources to our users. Our efforts in creating this forum reflect those values. We also believe the forum presents a great opportunity for our users to communicate with each other and encourage knowledge sharing in an effort toward continual improvements in learning through this technology,” stated John Glad, product manager, Hitachi Home Electronics (America), Inc., Business Group.
