SP Controls Announces Classroom Technology Enhancement Grant Program
South San Francisco, CA – SP Controls has announced a grant program for educational institutions, with selected schools/universities receiving SP Controls AV device control systems at no charge (including installation if needed).
“The purpose of our grant program is to give educators a chance to use SP Controls products in a real-world setting, namely their own classrooms, said Gary Arcudi, SP Controls Director of Marketing. “We firmly believe in the benefits of technology enhanced classrooms and want to communicate the specific benefits of SP Controls products to educators. Arcudi says educators desiring the free products must complete an application form stating their need for AV control and what they hope to achieve with the system. If the application is approved, the educator will receive the SP product within 15 days and will be required to install the product within 30 days of receipt. If needed, installation will be provided by an authorized SP Controls reseller. Only one classroom per educational facility may receive a free system.
Grants are limited and educators are encouraged to apply quickly. Qualifying products include the company’s Pixie device control module, the PixiePro Modular Panel and the Networked Room Controller.
