Comprised of twelve young British singers, Stile Antico first attracted the attention of harmonia mundi usa’s artistic director, Robina Young, at the 2005 Early Music Network International Young Artists’ Competition. From there, the group’s debut disc on the harmonia mundi label earned a Grammy nomination, an appearance at number two in the Billboard Classical chart and a raft of superlative reviews. Big Show Construction Management (BSCM) served as construction manager for the showpiece Kissinger Global Conference Room at The Paley Center for Media’s midtown Manhattan location at 25 West 52 Street. The room, whose design and architectural services were provided by Lee H. Skolnick Architecture + Design Partnership, was unveiled in April as a multifunctional space for teleconferences, meetings, presentations and catered events. It will be the new home for many of the Paley Center’s Media Council industry dialogues. more
