Webinars are set up individually based on customer requests and range from end-user training on the setup and use of products to in-depth technical training on integration of SP Controls products in a facility. “It’s a great way to train people without the cost and expense of bringing everyone to a centralized location,� says Paul Rhoda, SP Controls’ Director of Technical Sales. Technical training sessions qualify for CTS credit; one hour’s worth of training earns one unit of CTS credit. more
