TrippLite Power Protection and Management

Mundelein, IL. – Clark Wire & Cable now has TrippLite products available. TrippLite products keep audio/video applications and A/V components safe, and management easy.

TrippLite’s UPS products supply continuous power to applications regardless of power from other sources. This means TrippLite UPS systems provide short circuit protection, surge protection and protection from most other harmful power sources.

TrippLite products have features and options which protect against power problems, including short circuits, brownouts, blackouts, line noise and surges. They could also keep your applications successfully running in case these events occur.

The UPS System features make it easy for TrippLite users to monitor their applications through advanced programs such as PowerAlert, which allows users to remotely access their equipment. They even come in many different rack units to save rack space, and an option of converting rackmounts to tower applications if needed.

In some models, the UPS System feature a front panel LED display or a combination LED/LCD display showing many operational conditions, including battery and load conditions. This allows the user to monitor battery charge as the system is supported in a blackout, and display the total load the equipment load is utilizing under normal operating conditions.

The front panel display alerts the user of many fault conditions, including wiring faults in the wall outlet and the need to replace the system’s battery. The combination LED/LCD display allows access to much more precise information, including over 45 separate fault conditions and UPS operating conditions.

Clark Wire & Cable also has TrippLite Power Distribution Units (PDU’s) available. These units distribute power from a UPS System or wall outlet to many pieces of equipment. They are available in three configurations: Basic, Metered and Switched. The metered and switched models have digital current meter to monitor system load. Switched models have a network interface to remotely control individual PDU Outlets.

Surge suppressors by TrippLite are exceptional for surge protection in audio/video installations. They can extend the life of audio/video equipment by preventing damage caused by surges. They also give peak performance by filtering EMI/RFI line noise.

Please contact Clark Wire & Cable to find out more about TrippLite UPS systems, PDU’s, surge suppressors and other TrippLite Products.
