Triad president appointed to CEDIA board

Portland, OR – September 21, 2009 – Larry Pexton, Founder and President of Triad Speakers, Inc., was appointed as an Associate Member of the CEDIA Board of Directors on September 9, 2009. In this new role, Pexton will help create a more effective platform for manufacturers to share their insights and concerns about the future direction of CEDIA.

Since its inception in 1982, Pexton has steadily grown Triad to become a leading CEDIA channel provider of complete loudspeaker solutions for multi-room residential and home theater system applications.

Pexton is a founding member of CEDIA, having participated in the CEDIA Expo every year since the original event was held at Amelia Island in 1990.
