Alcorn McBride Welcomes Loren Barrows to Team
Orlando, Florida — Alcorn McBride, Inc. has announced the hiring of Loren Barrows to manage new business development.
Loren’s position bridges the gap between marketing and sales. She will identify new markets for Alcorn McBride products, and also help existing customers discover new capabilities in the products they already know and love. In addition, Loren will provide the engineering department with customer feedback about new products and features.
“Loren brings an important new facet to our sales and marketing departments,” said Jeremy Scheinberg, Chief Operating Officer of Alcorn McBride. “Her quick grasp of both technology and customer requirements make her ideal for introducing Alcorn McBride products into new markets.â€?
In addition to the theme park market, where Alcorn McBride is the dominant provider of audio, video and show control products, Loren will also focus on a number of other major markets, such as museums and themed environments. “Helping new customers with both hardware selection and media preparation will accelerate the adoption of new technology in all of our markets,� Jeremy noted.
Before joining Alcorn McBride, Loren worked with major employers to present in-house employee development seminars, and provided sales and customer support for a wide variety of low voltage applications.
