The program may also be used by HME dealers to extend the warranty on their rental stock.

In today’s economy, buying new systems is not always a viable option. Consequently older systems must be kept maintained and working. This program also benefits HME dealers as they can ensure that their customers have an option for factory-direct support for years to come.

The EWA extends most of the coverage of the standard HME warranty including immediate repair turnaround, free return freight, toll-free 24/7 help desk, factory parts, and much more. Agreements may be purchased for one year at a time and no long term commitment is required. EWAs are available on HME’s PRO850 series and DX family of products.
