ADDISON, TX, OCTOBER — Russ Berger Design Group’s (RBDG) home theater showroom design for Audiovisions, the nationally renowned electronics systems integrator based in Lake Forest, CA, has won the CEDIA Electronic Lifestyles® Award for “Best Showroom� for 2009. Each year, CEDIA recognizes the best of the best in the residential electronic systems industry through its Electronic Lifestyles Award. Audiovisions is known for specializing in creating cutting-edge systems that incorporate audio, video, lighting and HVAC. It was important to RBDG to be able to design a space that would highlight Audiovisions’ vast technological offerings for the home theater market, yet allow for easy and quick updates to the equipment showcased. more

Our clients are very concerned with security, and our task was to make this system accessible throughout the home. Closed circuit camera views and security system status pages had to be available on all touchscreens. Lighting and shade controls were also important to the client. more
