Listen Technologies Announces Annual Rep Awards
(November 10, 2009) Bluffdale, Utah, USA — Listen Technologies Corporation has announced the recipients of the company’s 2009 Representative Awards.
Audio Geer, Inc., covering Southern California and Southern Nevada, was named Rep of the Year. “The coveted Representative of the Year award is the Listen ‘Oscar’, said Cory Schaeffer, Listen VP of Sales and Marketing. “It’s the big award which is awarded to the one rep firm who had solid growth, had the largest amount of active dealers and the lowest number of inactive; the rep firm who does the demos, communicates with Listen on a regular basis and shows us their passion – and yes – meets or exceeds the sales quotas. Audio Geer met all of these criteria and we are thrilled to give them this award.
Additional awards presented during the awards ceremony included Best Inside Staff, Most Improved Territory, Quota Busters and the Listen Bull Dogs.
The recipient of the Best Inside Staff Award was Priscilla Solomon of Cardone, Solomon & Associates. “Many companies don’t recognize the insiders in their rep firms, Cory said, “and we believe an inside staff can make or break your company. Priscilla beautifully reflects the professionalism of the entire company.
Online Marketing received the award for Most Improved Territory, having shown the most growth in all of Listen’s product categories: FM, Infrared and Conferencing.
Quota Buster awards were given in three categories (FM products, Infrared products and Conferencing products) to rep firms who met or exceeded their sales quotas for the year. For FM Products, the Quota Busters were BG Media Solutions; Audio Geer, Inc.; CB Electronic Marketing; Highway Marketing; Cardone, Solomon & Associates; Eakins/Bernstein Associates; Online Marketing; Ellison Northwest and Sound Vision Marketing. The Quota Busters Infrared products were Connect West Marketing; Audio Geer, Inc.; Audio Biz, Inc.; CB Electronic Marketing; Excellence Marketing; Online Marketing; and Sound Vision Marketing. Two firms received the Quota Busters award for the Conferencing product line: Highway Marketing and Cardone, Solomon & Associates.
Ten individuals were selected to receive Listen’s Bull Dog award. “These individuals have proven that they have the tenacity to never let go of an opportunity; they have more ‘BITE’ than ‘BARK’ and they chase the opportunity until it’s closed, said Cory. The recipients of the Bull Dog Award were:
Alan Thiele: PCM Marketing
Larry Bickford: CB Electronic Marketing
Ken Valentine: Cardone, Solomon & Associates
Mike Solomon: Cardone, Solomon & Associates
Dave Ellison: Ellison Northwest
Criss Neimann: Audio Geer, Inc.
Dudley McLaughlin: Audio Geer Inc.
Ed Wolffe: SECOM
