AVI-SPL to Exhibit at Florida Education Technology Conference in Orlando

AVI-SPL to Showcase SMART Technologies, Varitronics Products

AVI-SPL, the largest global integrator of audio visual and video conferencing systems and services today announced it will showcase the latest products from SMART Technologies and Varitronics at the 2010 Florida Education Technology Conference (FETC), which will be held January 12-15 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

In Booth 201, AVI-SPL will feature a SMART Board and SMART Table, along with various projectors, document cameras, Balt chairs and AVI-SPL’s latest product, the Teacher’s Pet, a mobile cart that houses a customizable suite of classroom tools and technology. A series of educational presentations about lesson planning with SMART products will be held at the booth. Several of the presentations will feature Florida educators offering tips based on their first-hand experiences with the SMART equipment. Presentation attendees will be entered to win a variety of prizes including a SMART Board with stand, a SMART Document Camera, and a SMART Response system.

In Booth 308, AVI-SPL will spotlight the VariQuest™ line of products from Varitronics. This innovative technology offers quality solutions for educators, expanding their ability to create a variety of educational materials with their schools’ insignia. With the use of VariQuest™ products, teachers can create cutouts for bulletin boards, laminate special projects, and print customized awards, posters and banners.
