Atlona Technologies expands their product line Geared toward Mac Users with Three New Mini DisplayPort Accessories

Atlona Technologies, leading solutions based manufacturer of Audio Video accessories, has progressively expanded their product lines to satisfy the demands of tech trends that continue to evolve. Such expansions and developments by most recently by Atlona have been those of Mini DisplayPort products for Mac users everywhere. Following the success of Macworld, Atlona has recently released a number of newer such Mini DisplayPort accessories including three new Adapters and Cables. These include the AT13029, AT13031-2, and the AT13032-2.
Most of the new Apple computers and monitors are featured with Mini DisplayPort inputs and outputs while Dell, HP and others are using standard full size DisplayPort connections. Atlona’s AT13029 is a DisplayPort female to Mini DisplayPort Male adapter, designed specifically to connect Apple Computers and Monitors to Dell, or HP Computers and Monitors and are capable of supporting high resolutions 3840×2160.
The AT13031-2 is a 6ft Mini DisplayPort male to Mini DisplayPort female extension cable designed for extending computer signal a longer distance to Apple 24″ LED displays. With the Apple 24″ LED having a 4ft cable built-in, it is not usually not long enough, which makes this unit perfect for such applications. The AT13031-2 cable can also be used with other Atlona adapters such as Mini DisplayPort to HDMI or Mini DisplayPort to DVI.
The Apple iMac 27″ can be used as both a computer as well as a monitor due to the fact that the Mini DisplayPort input at the back side is designed for connecting any Apple Laptop or Desktop to it via a Mini DisplayPort cable. The AT13032-2 is a 6ft Mini DisplayPort male to Mini DisplayPort male extension cable designed exactly for extending that very computer signal a greater distance to the Apple iMac 27″ LED display at resolutions up to 3840×2160.
Every Atlona cable and adapter designed for Mac user, as well as these new units, have been tested at the Apple Lab in Cupertino, California to insure compatibility among all computers and displays and are available for the following low MSRPs:
AT13029: $19.99
AT13031-2: $24.99
AT13032-2: $24.99
