Worship Arts Technology Summit Set for Biola University

wats-seminar.jpg

LA MIRADA, Calif.-⎯Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems, Inc. and Yamaha Corporation of America, along with Elation Lighting, Shure and Media Shout will sponsor a Worship Arts Technology Summit (WATS) on June 14-16 at the campus of Biola University in La Mirada, California.

The seminars will offer product and technical training to church technicians and musicians seeking the finest in-depth technology training available in the areas of audio, musicianship, lighting, recording, and media presentation. Summit sponsor experts along with leading worship musicians will be on hand for the in-depth three-day tracks that include Audio, Musician, Lighting, Media, and Vocal. All skill levels are welcome as the training will be presented in structured technology tracks, allowing attendees to begin with the basics and build upon them with a series of increasingly advanced class offerings. These sessions will offer hands-on participation, focused teaching and certification.

Last year’s WATS Seminar at Biola was very well attended, and since space is limited, attendees are encouraged to sign up early. An ‘early bird’ special is being offered for those who register before May 14th.

For registration and track information, visit http://youth.biola.edu/ministry/conferences/wats/.
