Continues to lead AVI-SPL’s managed on-site staffing strategy as Program Manager

AVI-SPL, the largest global integrator of audio visual and video conferencing systems and services today announced the addition of Howard Haberman to its Strategic Accounts team as Program Manager for AVI-SPL’s industry leading managed on-site staffing services offering.

AVI-SPL’s Strategic Accounts team, led by SVP Don Mastro, is primarily responsible for the strategic approach to vertical market business development and will now add the managed on-site staffing strategy as a support overlay to the Strategic Accounts team. Services include the pre-sales pricing development strategy and post-sales operations standards for managed on-site staffing supporting the AVI-SPL Strategic Accounts team and Systems Integration Group.

“Howard has been successful in this role for more than 12 years at AVI-SPL and is one of the pioneers of our successful managed on-site personnel services staffing model,� said Mastro. “We staff more than 200 on-site personnel who provide meet and greet, equipment diagnosis and repair, VNOC management and content production at several Fortune 100 accounts.�

New to the Strategic Accounts team, Haberman will develop company-wide standards for pricing, hiring and operational delivery by implementing technical staffing standards for the AVI-SPL Systems Integration Group. He will also support any needs in the pre-sales process including customer proposal development and presentations in conjunction with the AVI-SPL Strategic Accounts team.
