Almo Professional A/V Strengthens Sales Team With Addition of New Business Development Manager
Philadelphia, PA — March 29, 2010 — Adding strength to its sales team and profit power to its partners, Almo Professional A/V, the nation’s fastest growing audiovisual distributor, today announced that Brian Rhatigan has joined the company as business development manager. In this newly created position, Rhatigan serves as the interface between Almo’s peripheral vendors and its reseller partners by providing the hands-on support needed to make premium accessories such as audio, signal distribution, power management and networking products an essential part of each sale.
“With Brian on board, Almo is able to take its consultative services to another level,� said Sam Taylor, executive vice president and COO for Almo Professional A/V. “Not only does he have strong relationships with most of our peripheral vendors, he also has technical training on the products. He can assist partners with incorporating the right accessories into a project and ultimately help improve their margins.�
Prior to his new position at Almo Professional A/V, Rhatigan served as business development manager at Electrograph Systems where he handled regional sales in the pro audio, digital signage and video distribution markets. He’s also held sales and account management roles at Electrograph, Sigmet Corporation and Computer Associates.
Rhatigan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York. He is InfoComm CTS-certified and DSCE-certified.
